If there is no fit, we may recommend other providers whose expertise better matches your situation.
We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
4. How we share your information
We share information only with: (a) members of the Axionic team reviewing your assessment, (b) service providers who help us operate the site (email delivery, analytics, calendar scheduling), bound by confidentiality obligations, and (c) authorities when required by law.
5. How long we keep your information
Assessment submissions are retained for up to 24 months to enable follow-up and continuity if you return. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
6. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege handling. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected individuals in the event of a breach as required by applicable law.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use first-party cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; the assessment form will still function.
