By accessing axionic.agency, any of its subdomains, or completing the architecture assessment, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The architecture assessment is a written technical read offered without charge. Submitting the assessment does not create a contract, engagement, or client-consultant relationship between you and Axionic. Any engagement, if pursued, is governed by a separate written agreement with a defined scope, deliverables, and fees.

Any opinions, observations, or recommendations communicated in the assessment are preliminary and based only on the information you provide. They are not a substitute for a full engagement, legal counsel, or professional advice specific to your situation.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the assessment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any non-public information you choose to disclose. Do not submit regulated personal data (financial account numbers, health records, government IDs) through the assessment form.

All content on this site, including copy, design, logos, animations, and any assessment framework or blueprint, is owned by or licensed to Axionic LLC and protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

The site and the assessment are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axionic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or the assessment, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the site is limited to $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axionic LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
